Memorial Day Fun and Vegan Pancakes

30 May

Today I decided to make pancakes for breakfast.. I woke up with cravings!

Here is what I used :

2/3 Buckwheat Organic Pancake Flour

3/4 Unsweetened  Almond milk

1 tbs flax seed

3 tbs water

2 tbs coconut oil

3 tbs agave nectar

1/4 cup walnuts

I mixed the flax seed and the water first … Once the mixture is tick and completely mixed put it in a bowl and stir  the rest of the ingredients.

Cook them using a small pan and turn them when edges begin to dry and bubbles start to form on surface… It makes around 6- 7 mini pancakes.

(note: If you see that the mixture is too tick add more almond milk )

When finished I eat them with earth balance, a little bit of agave and some rasberries.. YUM !

After breakfast we went to the pool… kids have so much fun !

Erick ended up so tired!

My little Noah … has such a personality,

Showing Daddy some love…

My boys ! How I love them !❤
