I created this blog in order to post some recipes, ideas and stories from a vegetarian mom of two … and expecting the third one 🙂
And my 21 weeks Amelie
My focus is to maintain a healthy pregnancy while I keep a balanced vegetarian diet. I am reading right now a book by Robert O. Young called “The PH miracle” and I am learning a little bit more on how to keep my system less acidic and more balanced. Cooking has become a major part of my days since I decided to give my family a better and healthier nutrition. Also you can find me often in the kitchen baking my vegan cupcakes that I distribute in different Miami locations.
As of today my life is pretty much dedicated to be with my babies, to enjoy them every day and every moment and to have my third one feeling a 100 % healthy and in shape.
I am still learning how to blog and how to maintain and add my posts… hope we can make it together until Amelie is born.
